Name, contact information, birthdate, email address & mailing address are used for direct client & stylist communication, this can include email of studio updates, text information about upcoming appointments or mailing a special gift during a birthday or holiday.

Appointment details are stored to ensure the proper maintenance schedule is being kept maintaining the health or your hair and scalp.

Payment information is stored to for the purpose of the cancellation policy or collecting deposits for the first visit. It will not be used outside of those process unless otherwise communicated between stylist and client.
